Customer returns pallets
A customer returns pallet is a bulk lot of goods a retailer or brand took back from shoppers. Units in the same pallet can be new, opened, incomplete, or damaged, and the mix is often unclear until someone counts it. Forthclear does not grade those pallets for you.
What to check before you commit
Ask the seller for a manifest, a unit count, a condition description, and photos of the actual pallet. A manifest is useful only when the seller attached one. If they do not have one, price the lot as mixed and uncounted.
Separate customer returns from overstock. Overstock is unsold inventory. Returns have already been in a shopper's hands. The public Forthclear catalog labels condition on each lot. This page only shows a lot when that label, the category, or the title says it is a return.
How to buy on Forthclear
Open the marketplace, choose a lot, and request a quote. The seller decides whether to accept. You agree the price and the shipping with the seller. Buyers pay no Forthclear fee. Sellers pay 5% of the item subtotal when an item sells.
Payments and seller payouts are processed through Stripe. Forthclear does not offer escrow or a mandatory inspection window, and it does not guarantee payment; each order record shows its status.

The public catalog does not currently label any lot as a customer return. That is a catalog fact, not a claim that returns never appear. Wholesale overstock lots are listed separately.
