When is the 5% fee charged?
The seller pays 5% of the item subtotal when an item sells. The fee does not apply to shipping or tariffs, and buyers pay no Forthclear fee.
How does payment release work?
After the buyer marks an order received, a three-day inspection window governs release. If the buyer never acts, funds auto-release 14 days after shipment.
How can I import inventory?
The standalone Forthclear marketplace supports CSV and Excel bulk import. Shopify merchants can also list to Forthclear from inside the Forthcast Shopify app; standalone Forthclear does not offer merchant-connectable Shopify OAuth import.
