Sellers set an asking price per lot. Buyers can accept the asking price or submit a counter-offer. There are no auction fees and no buyer-side commission — Forthclear charges the seller a 5% fee only on completed sales.

Yes. Once a buyer and seller agree on a price, the buyer funds a Stripe escrow account before the lot ships. Funds are released to the seller automatically once the buyer confirms receipt of the goods. The buyer is protected at every step and the seller never ships without payment guaranteed.

Yes. Sellers can attach a SKU-level manifest to every lot, and buyers can request one before bidding. Manifests include quantities, conditions, and (where applicable) date codes for short-dated inventory.
