Frequently asked questions
Where can I buy bulk skincare surplus from US Shopify brands?
Forthclear is a B2B surplus marketplace where DTC and Shopify brands list health & beauty lots — overstock, dead stock, and customer returns — for direct sale to bulk buyers. Sellers can attach a manifest when they have one, and buyers request quotes on the lots that fit.
How are skincare lots priced on Forthclear?
Sellers set an asking price per lot. Buyers can accept the asking price or submit a counter-offer. There are no auction fees and no buyer-side commission — Forthclear charges the seller a 5% fee only on completed sales.
How are payments handled on Forthclear?
Payments and seller payouts are processed through Stripe. The seller is the seller of record. Forthclear does not offer escrow, is not the seller or merchant of record, and does not guarantee the goods or payment; each order record shows its status.
What buyers source skincare on Forthclear?
Forthclear lists this category for bulk B2B buyers such as Discount beauty chains, Salvage buyers, Export wholesalers, Drugstore overstock buyers.
Are manifests available before I commit to a lot?
Sellers can attach a SKU-level manifest to a lot, and buyers can ask the seller for one before committing; not every lot has one. Manifests can include quantities, conditions, and (where applicable) date codes for short-dated inventory.
